Busayo was created based on Busayo Olupona's belief in the power of color to communicate the dynamism, personality and nuances of the individual. Our clothes communicate so much about who we are. Busayo grew up in Nigeria and wanted to continue to explore our traditions and the ways in which our past traditions inform the present. Textiles are such a rich medium to connect the past with the present.
